How do your Auctions work? -Our Auctions listings are sold by pieces and carats. Sometimes when bidding on these auctions you must purchase within the stated minimum and maximum sizes. This is not to make you buy more or less of a lot but relates to the carats size of the items available. However, we sometimes recommend a minimum number of pieces or carats in order to ensure that you receive a better selection. Unfortunately, you are unable to specify cuts, types, colors, weights and sizes when purchasing from our Auctions, as the lot is divided randomly amongst all successful bidders. What if I don't get my order in the standard time frame? -If you didn't get an order confirmation number after clicking the "submit order" button, your order may not have been processed properly. Can I have certificates for my product from stdgems.com? -In case of you buy the value precious gems and need us to porvide the certificate for that product. You can email to tell us about which product that you require to have a certificate. In the case of making the certificate, you have to pay $100 per stone. We will send your stone to the GRS laboratory to certificate of your stone. For shipping, we have to notify that we will shiped within 14 business days included your certificate. Please have your order number ready, or refer to your order confirmation email. How do I track my order after it's been shipped? -The only way to track your order after it has been shipped is to mail us. You promise a 24-hour response, what’s going on? -We always respond to your emails within 24-hours of receipt, if you haven’t received a response please check the following: 1.
