Our History
1973
STD Founded year
Mr. Tony Ma initially entered into the jewellery business with his uncle. Since aged 18, he traded in rubies, sapphires and other gemstones. For the next decade, Tony accumulated experience in this field, following which he then started his own business
1998
Second Generation
The second generation, Mr Brandon Ma, entered the business in 1998. Having graduated from the prestigious and internationally recognised Gemological Institute of America (GIA), Brandon now uses his knowledge and expertise to lead STD GEMS forwards towards the next milestone in the business.
